Senior Financial Analyst

We are partnering with a company in Randolph, MA who is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team. This role will support financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting while partnering with business leaders to drive strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
• Perform financial modeling, variance analysis, and trend reporting
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior leadership
• Analyze key business metrics and provide actionable recommendations
• Partner with department leaders to support strategic planning initiatives
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools
• Assist with annual budgeting, long-range planning, and ad hoc analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to partner with leadership in a fast-paced environment
• MBA or CPA is a plus

Compensation: $110K-$125K depending on experience
