Spectrum Search Group has partnered with a publicly traded retail company with 400+ locations and a strong growth trajectory. Reporting directly to the VP of FP&A, this high-visibility role will own forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and business analytics for a large multi-unit operation.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain integrated three-statement financial models
Lead monthly forecasts and annual budgeting
Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances
Partner with operations on profitability, investments, and strategic initiatives
Develop reporting and insights to support decision-making
Qualifications
3-5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
Strong three-statement modeling skills
Advanced Excel
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience working with large, multi-entity data sets
Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, Qlik, or similar tools preferred
