DESCRIPTION
As Sinch continues to expand and deepen our product suite, we are looking for strategic leaders to drive global vertical strategy for our ambitions amongst our vision to pioneer the way the world communicates. Financial Services is a key component of Sinch's revenue, and one of the fastest growing verticals at the company.
This role is focused in North America, commercial strategy and customer facing role that orchestrates the alignment between commercial, product, and operational teams to achieve our commercial ambitions. You will work in partnership with global and regional leadership to see through those ambitions, getting your hands dirty when needed, but ultimately driving scalable strategies that can scale our ambitions across the organization.
The Senior Manager of Financial Serviceswill support the development of the commercial strategy for key regional customers and prospects within their vertical category. Banks, Fintechs, Insurers and all other financial institutions.
The Senior Manager will establish the regional strategy for net new business acquisition, growth of existing customers within their focus area, as well as oversee the enablement of the sales and account management teams. It will own bringing our key commercial offerings to market and aligning Sinch's Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Operational, and Product teams to succeed at our commercial ambitions. The work will be instrumental in continuing to drive Sinch's growth and it will play a major role in shaping the future of the company and its offering.
Job Responsibilities:
You will play a key role in driving the growth, adoption, and success of Sinch's services across North America within your focus vertical, helping customers realize greater value from our solutions.
You will shape our go-to-market strategy and positioning for critical solution areas, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance for Sales and Account Management teams around the world.
You will analyze our customer portfolio, identify opportunities for expansion across industries, markets, products, and geographies, and help prioritize investments that deliver the greatest business impact.
You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop compelling value propositions, articulate customer outcomes, and strengthen Sinch's competitive differentiation in the market.
You will define and scale enablement strategies that empower commercial teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to succeed within your area of expertise.
You will serve as the voice of the customer, gathering insights from customers and commercial teams worldwide and partnering with Product teams to help shape future innovation and solution development.
You will ensure commercial teams have access to the resources, insights, and best practices they need to effectively position and grow Sinch's solutions.
You will represent Sinch externally as a trusted industry expert and thought leader, engaging with customers, partners, and industry audiences through meetings, events, and speaking opportunities.
This is an individual contributor role, offering the opportunity to drive significant business impact through leadership, influence, and cross-functional collaboration rather than direct people management.
REQUIREMENTS
You bring a minimum of 8 years of experience within the technology sector, ideally in financial technology, including several years leading teams, initiatives, or strategic programs.
You have experience navigating global, multicultural organizations and are comfortable operating in fast-paced, commercially focused environments.
You build credibility quickly with senior executives and excel at developing trusted relationships with strategic customers, partners, and stakeholders.
You possess a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, financial services landscape, and emerging financial technologies.
You are equally comfortable shaping strategy and translating vision into execution, with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
You enjoy partnering closely with commercial teams and supporting go-to-market efforts that drive product adoption, customer success, and revenue growth.
You are highly organized and can effectively prioritize competing demands while communicating clearly and confidently with a variety of audiences.

The annual starting salary for this position ranges $123,200 - $154,000 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role is eligible for a short-term incentive (STI) bonus subject to individual and/or company performance. This role will be accepting applications until June 21st, 2026 at a minimum.
