We're seeking a banking technology professional with hands-on experience supporting and administering the Fiserv DNA core banking platform.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing DNA configuration, security, user access, and system performance
  • Supporting system upgrades, patches, and integrations
  • Troubleshooting complex issues and serving as the primary escalation point
  • Developing reports, queries, and data extracts using SQL and DNA Publisher
  • Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to improve business processes and technology solutions
  • Participating in core banking projects and on-call support

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of Fiserv DNA administration experience
  • Experience with DNA Admin, Client360, DNA Extranet, and DNA App Store
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, SQL, Oracle, and system integrations
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and project collaboration skills
