This role will be responsible for locations in Louisiana, Memphis and Mississippi and will require 75% travel! Looking for someone located in Louisiana or Mississippi!



Reporting to the Regional Director, this position is responsible for managing all financial, business development and brand standards supporting existing franchise/license performance as well as generating new business in designated region. Responsible for the advancement of the company's and image within the QSR marketplace. The activity of the Territory Performance Manager (TPM) is to protect and develop the integrity of the brand by teaching and measuring performance in areas of product quality, customer service, cleanliness and profitability and new business development

Principal Responsibilit

  • ies:Fosters and manages relationships with current franchisees and multi-unit operat
  • ors.Assures franchisee performance by working with operators and staffs on operations, profitability and market
  • ing.Assists franchisees with new store openings and conducts start-up and training. Coordinates training plans including verification that all training materials and tools are re
  • ady.Using data insights, develops the strategic plan and translates strategic planning into sales activities; monitors the market to develop product trends and to establish current and/or advantageous pric
  • ing.Provides guidance and support to franchise management. Protect the operating and financial interest of the franchisee and the company to ensure compliance with franchise agreeme
  • nts.Oversees Franchise Renewals as ne
  • ededActs as liaison between grocery wholesalers and franchisees and/or operators. Resolves any issues. related to delivery or non-delivery of breading and supplies to operat
  • ors.Conducts restaurant visitations to ensure compliance with Operations Manual. Areas evaluated will include cooking procedures, product specifications, graphic standards and packaging standards. The TPM will develop an action plan to bring locations into complia

  • etc.Strictly adheres to Company and departmental policies and standards regarding the appropriate use of Company databases (e.g. Visual, CRM) and follows procedures regarding the appropriate maintenance of physical and electronic records; develops, maintains and utilizes proficiency in the use of the Company’s database.   • ments:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business with course work including marketing and sales or significant experience in the QSR business ch
