Sous Chef Responsibilities
Continuously train and coach staff, providing support and feedback
Maintain quality food and service always
Maintain a clean kitchen that is always compliant with health guidelines
Food ordering and help with food and labor costs
Staff scheduling
Sous Chef Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a scratch, fine-dining or upscale-casual kitchen
High-volume experience
Understands quality and helps uphold standards
Hands-on leadership mentality
