The Role

This is a high-impact executive position responsible for leading global vendor programs and driving enterprise sales growth across key West Coast markets. You will shape partnerships, influence C-level relationships, and build a scalable channel ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global vendor and distribution strategy aligned to revenue goals
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles (18+ months) to secure large strategic deals
  • Build senior relationships with distributors, technology partners, and enterprise clients
  • Drive indirect revenue through a scalable partner ecosystem [scalelist.com]
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Leadership to align strategy
  • Lead and mentor regional and global sales/channel teams
  • Position a differentiated value proposition through consultative, strategic selling


What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership at VP or equivalent level
  • Deep experience in vendor programs, channel development, and distribution
  • Strong network across West Coast enterprise and partner ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success closing large, complex deals
  • Experience leading multi-region or global teams


Advantageous:

  • Background in technology partnerships or telecoms/IT ecosystems
  • Experience scaling indirect revenue channels
  • Exposure to high-growth or transformation environments
