Vice President of Construction

We're hiring on behalf of our client who is a well-established, privately held, developer/owner/manager of Class-A+ multifamily. They are a very stable, well-funded company who has developed 40K+ units, with 15+ projects in the pipeline throughout the Southeast & Texas and continuing to expand. Our client is looking for a VP, Quality Control/VP, Construction to be an integral part of the construction and development team.

Key details:

• Participating in the oversight, direction, management, and execution of the company's development projects
• Coordinate implementation of company standards across all projects, in all markets, while maintaining unique qualities of each project
• Coordinate punch and closeout procedures, to ensure a smooth transition to Property Management
• Proactively visualize, define and implement project specific strategies to meet and deliver project objectives
• Significant travel required

Ideal Candidate:

• 5-10+ years in multi-family construction, development, or related field
• Understanding of the real estate, development, and construction industry
• Effective organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Pre-construction experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, building science or architecture; MS/MBA plus

Candidate must reside in either Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA, relocation assistance provided if necessary
