Have you ever stared at a spreadsheet thinking, I know what I want to calculate, but I have no idea what formula to use. In this video, I'll show you how Claude can write complex Excel formulas for you just by looking at a screenshot of your spreadsheet. For example, here we have sales data and need to count the number of large corporate orders of over 50 units that were not returned in February. The problem is we have absolutely no clue how to write a formula that checks all of these conditions at once, especially when we don't even have a month column in our data. Not a problem, Claude can help us write this formula. First, we need to take a screenshot of our data to add to our prompt so that Claude has the full context of the structure of our data. Make sure to include the row and column headers, then open up Claude and type exactly what you wanna calculate.
