In this video, I'll step through answering the challenge questions for this chapter using PivotTables. Part one is quick statistics with PivotTables. And the first question is, how many support tickets are in the data set for each product area? So going to the data set, it's already in an Excel table called Raw Tickets. So we'll insert a PivotTable. Now, I've already got a sheet set up called Analysis Workspace. So let's pop it on there. And I'll bring the field list over and make it a bit bigger. I want to see the product area and the count of the ticket ID. Now it's popped it into the rows area. Let's drag it down into values so that it counts them. And that's question one answered. Question two is, what is the total ticket cost by product area? Going back to the PivotTable, we already have product area. So let's add the ticket costs to the PivotTable. Question three is, what is the average ticket cost by product area? So going back, let's add ticket cost again, and this time…
