🤖 Proud to Share My Project: GenAI Skill Gap Analyzer and Path Recommender 🚀 In today’s world, technology is evolving faster than ever, and keeping up with the right skills has become a challenge for many learners. To address this, I worked on a project called “GenAI Skill Gap Analyzer and Path Recommender” — a system that uses Generative AI to analyze individual skill sets, identify knowledge gaps, and recommend personalized learning paths to bridge them. 🔍 How it works: The model takes input about a user’s current skills and career goals. It then evaluates which skills are missing compared to industry standards. Finally, it generates customized learning recommendations — such as courses, tools, or certifications — to help users grow faster and smarter. 💡 This project taught me how AI can transform learning experiences by making them more data-driven, adaptive, and personalized. It was an amazing opportunity to explore how GenAI can empower career development and continuous learning. #GenAI #AI #SkillGapAnalyzer #LearningRecommender #Innovation #FutureSkills #ArtificialIntelligence #MachineLearning #StudentProject #CareerGrowth #DataScience

💡 Learning is No Longer About Survival — It’s About Evolution. For decades, learning was about getting ahead. Earning a degree. Getting a job. Climbing a ladder. But the world has changed — faster than any of us were prepared for. Today, learning isn’t just about keeping up. Appreciating Coursera’s Step Toward Authentic Learning As someone who truly values credible learning and continuous upskilling, I’m genuinely impressed by how Coursera is evolving, especially with its new approach to AI and the introduction of the AI Coach feature. I really appreciate Coursera’s decision to restrict direct AI-generated answers in assessments. It’s a much-needed step to bring back authentic learning and reminding us that education isn’t about collecting certificates, but about understanding, applying, and growing. At the same time, the new AI Coach has made the learning process far more efficient and engaging. You can instantly: Ask topic-related questions, Get quick clarifications, Practice concepts, or Explore research ideas without getting lost in endless browsing or distractions. It’s like having a supportive guide right beside you. Coursera today feels more refined than ever: quality learning, from the best teachers, with the right balance between human effort and AI assistance. . . #Coursera #OnlineLearning #Upskilling #AIinEducation #ContinuousLearning #ProfessionalDevelopment #EthicalAI #Research #LifelongLearning

Before you ever sign up for another certification, read this. I sat through an artificial intelligence course recently. You know, the kind that promises to unlock the secrets of #ChatGPT and turn anyone into an expert overnight. Yes I know I teach artificial intelligence as well, but you can't close yourself off to learning, now can you? Two hours, a few slides, bold claims, and a guaranteed certificate. It looked impressive...until it wasn’t. The "frameworks" were just bullet points with weak examples. The flow was disjointed, and even the visuals felt more rushed than refined. Heck, the demo committed every "sin" that they preached to avoid. Also, a major pet peeve: slides where the images are just squashed smaller instead of actually resized. I'm sure you know exactly what I'm talking about. By the end, everyone walked away with a badge that said “certified,” but few walked away actually better. It reminded me how easy it’s become to sell the idea of learning. In this AI boom, there’s no shortage of people teaching the basics. But far fewer who teach with depth, rigour, or respect for the learner’s time. 𝐖𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. Because when training chases trends instead of transformation, certificates and badges lose their meaning. I've said this before, and I'll say it again. 𝗔 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲. 𝗜𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. Otherwise, it’s just another participation trophy. Similarly, courses should actually deliver value, not just some AI generated slop. 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲. 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝘆. Learners, please. Choose your teachers wisely. I am curious though. I have my checklist, but what tells you a course is actually worth your time? #AITraining #ArtificialIntelligence #LearningAndDevelopment #FutureOfLearning #ImpactOverHype
