Molly Sword’s Post

I’m now two months on from receiving my promotion to Senior Paid Social Executive and I am approaching my one year anniversary with Prospa . Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to take on new challenges, develop my expertise in paid social, and work alongside talented colleagues who have continuously supported my growth and development. Being given the opportunity to progress in my career so quickly is something I’m incredibly grateful for. It reflects not only the hard work I’ve put in, but also the trust, support, and guidance I’ve received throughout the year from those around me. I’m proud of what I’ve achieved in a relatively short space of time and thankful for the experiences and challenges that have helped me grow both professionally and personally. I’m excited to build on this momentum in my new role and look forward to what the future holds.
