After weeks of reviewing hundreds of applications, conducting interviews, and making some difficult decisions, we're excited to officially welcome the Palestinian Internship Program (PIP) Cycle 22. This year's cycle of finalists was selected, as always, through a highly competitive process. Throughout every stage, they demonstrated not only strong academic and professional potential, but also curiosity, initiative, resilience, and a genuine commitment to growing their careers. Yesterday, we had the opportunity to meet the finalists during the orientation session, marking the beginning of the next six months of learning, mentorship, and professional development. Over the coming months, PIP finalists will be matched with internships, participate in workshops, receive guidance from career coaches, and become part of a community that continues to support them well beyond the program itself.
