"Learning how to balance my daily responsibilities and manage my time effectively. Staying organized, time blocking, and leaning on my team and manager have helped me ramp as smoothly as possible." Favorite part of being an SDR? "The constant opportunity to learn. It's easy to get comfortable in a job and stop prioritizing personal growth. Being an SDR has challenged me to be more disciplined and strive to improve every day."
