A record first half for AHEAD. What gives me confidence going into the back half of the year is the discipline across our business. We are aligned across every region, practice, and pillar, with clearer priorities, stronger partnership, and better follow-through across the board. That came through at our recent Sales Go-to-Market Offsite in Boston. Leaders from across the country spent time getting aligned on where we are headed, how we work together, and how we lead in every market we serve. This photo is an example of that team building in action. Everyone repping their favorite college or pro jersey, different backgrounds and perspectives, coming together and pulling in the same direction. With this group in lockstep, teams move faster and clients see the impact and business outcomes. Progress like this takes consistency, accountability, and leaders who keep raising the bar. Thank you to EVPs Simon Babcock, Anthony Chianese, Brian Raposo, and Tony Blood for their leadership, and to Eric Kaplan, Will Huber, and Paul Erck for driving that alignment across AHEAD. Proud of this team and ready for what's coming next.

Such an awesome team! Our people make all the difference. Let’s GO!
A strong first half is great, but having the discipline and alignment to keep it going is where the real work pays off. That offsite energy looks like a perfect setup for the second half. Great to see the team pulling in the same direction.
Go Birds
Firing on all cylinders - and we are just getting going!! Amazing team!
love seeing this kind of teamwork
Love seeing the discipline and alignment show up in real team behaviors, not just strategy slides. Building that shared “how we work together” across regions is what keeps momentum going in the back half. Great leadership and follow-through.
