After seven years at Stax, this week marks the end of one of the most meaningful chapters of my life. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to grow alongside so many talented people, help build something special, and be part of a journey that shaped me both professionally and personally. Not many AEs get to see a company evolve from seed funding to unicorn status. The milestones - 2,000+ closed-won deals and five President’s Club appearances — matter, but what I’ll carry forward most are the relationships. Stax gave me lifelong friendships. I’ve attended six Stax weddings (seven if you count my own), and even had our founder, Sal Rehmetullah , officiate mine — memories I’ll always be thankful for. Stax was the first place that truly believed in me, and because of that belief, I flourished. This post isn’t about what’s next — it’s simply gratitude and respect for a company that’s been my passion and identity for seven years. Wishing the Stax team continued success as the next chapter unfolds.
Congratulations Adam Aziz! You are incredible, thank you for all you did for Stax. I'm wishing you much success in your next chapter. I will NEVER forget your video interview 🔥 .
I know you’re still sore about losing to me in fantasy football and I’m disappointed that you didn’t try to beat me next season. Will miss you! Love the passion and energy you brought. I know you’ll crush it at the next gig.
The impact you had at Stax will stay in that organization for all of its years! So glad I got the chance to see & learn from your greatness there.
We'll always have Kentucky
Adam! You will be so missed, there is no one that can match your energy and passion! I'm so grateful for the memories and the laughs - the next company is lucky to have you!!
Always enjoyed working with you Adam, you’re one of a kind. Can’t wait to see what you do next!
Greatest of all time. This is a very nice post. Very nice!
What a remarkable run Adam. Stax was better with your presence, not just because of your sales skill and success, but because of your example and leadership. The fortunate firm to retain your services at your next stop will gain immense value immediately. Congratulations on a great career at Stax and best wishes for even more success at your next gig!
Adam Aziz !! Where do I even start? 7 years is impressive enough but 7 years at a startup is like 40 years any where else. You were someone who I’d seek out when making my morning and afternoon rounds. Not only to make sure you were good but because being around you, getting a big hug, was the best way to start and end the day. Proud of you my guy! ILYSM!
