After 15 years with Alternative HR and more than 25 years in the human resources profession, Karen DeLange will retire at the end of June. As Director of Operations and Human Resources Senior Consultant, Karen has made a lasting impact on our clients, team, and HR community through her leadership, expertise, and genuine care for others. She has helped organizations navigate workplace challenges, develop strong leaders, and build positive workplace cultures with confidence and professionalism. Karen has also been an active leader within the Sioux Empire Society for Human Resource Management (SESHRM), serving as both a member and past board member, and was recognized as the 2023 Distinguished HR Professional of the Year. While we will greatly miss Karen's steady presence and insight, we are excited for her as she begins this next chapter.
