New in Politico Pro: Why Run for Something built CampSight, a new tool to help understand (and affect) what chatbots are saying about our candidates and issues. Hear directly from some of our users on how they're seeing the immediate impact of this product.
So smart. We can (and maybe should) lament the role of AI search in candidate (and nonprofit!) engagement. But laments don't move needles. We can be much more proactive in setting our content up for success there. Good to see that happening.
This is super cool! Using GEO is how voters are going to determine who they vote for now and in the future. Brilliant.

AI is quickly becoming one of the primary ways people learn about public issues and candidates. That makes it even more important that these systems are transparent, politically neutral, and worthy of the public's trust. At Acta, we believe AI shouldn't tell people what to think. It should help them better understand issues, explore different perspectives, and make informed decisions with confidence. The future of civic AI shouldn't be measured by how persuasive it becomes, but by how informed it leaves the public.
