When the Metro (Tube for those in the 🇬🇧) was being built in my home city of Athens, Greece, in the early 2000s, I had firsthand experience of big migrations. And everything that can go wrong (read: Athens is FULL of ancient ruins if you dig deep enough). My colleague, Mikhail Medvedev, at Flipdish has written about big migrations and how they relate to The Metrolink and The Housing Crisis in Dublin 🇮🇪.
