We've all seen a lot of conversations lately about how broken the hiring process feels - lack of communication, ghosting, unclear expectations. So I want to take a moment to highlight Ashley who ensured I had a genuinely positive candidate experience. It’s easy to underestimate how much of a difference it makes when a recruiter treats you like a person, not just a resume.
