Trailblazer Mega Meetup 2026 – Learn From The Best | T-Hub, Hyderabad 🚀 Some events don't just teach technology—they change the way we think about our careers. Trailblazer Mega Meetup 2026 at T-Hub, Hyderabad, organized by the Salesforce Developer Group Hyderabad and the Hyderabad Slack User Group, was one such experience for me. As a Mechanical Engineering student and a Salesforce DEA Trainee at Tech Mahindra, I attended to learn about Salesforce and AI, but I left with a much broader perspective on technology, leadership, continuous learning, and community. A key message throughout the event was: "Your role is not disappearing. It's expanding." Learning from Kavindra Patel was truly inspiring. His session encouraged us to focus on creating value with AI instead of fearing it, emphasizing that strong Salesforce fundamentals, business understanding, and continuous upskilling remain the foundation of success. Shivanath Devinarayanan session, "Beyond Agentforce: How Salesforce Professionals Should Think About Agents," showed how AI-powered Agents can transform business processes through practical examples. My biggest takeaway: Strong Salesforce Fundamentals + AI = Greater Business Value. It was also wonderful to learn from Kiran manyala, Aditya Naag Topalli, Vishwa Vikas Dagala, Kapil Batra , Manish Thaduri , Roshan K., Rashmi P R, and Aswani Sunkara . Every speaker shared valuable insights on leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, collaboration, and lifelong learning. A special thanks to Aswani Sunkara Ma'am, whose words, "Because this community built us too," reminded me of the importance of giving back to the Salesforce ecosystem. Beyond the inspiring sessions, one of my biggest takeaways was my conversation with SRI HARSHA . He reminded me that professional growth is not just about technical skills—it's also about mindset, communication, professionalism, and continuous learning. His guidance encouraged me to see every challenge as an opportunity to grow and keep improving every day. I would also like to thank Sesha Thamalalla , Head of the Salesforce Developer Community, Bengaluru, for supporting aspiring professionals through free Copado certification voucher opportunities, encouraging many of us to continue learning and growing.
