One week in at Censia AI, and I couldn't be more energized 🔥 To the Censia team, thank you for the incredibly warm welcome. It's rare to walk into an organization and feel such clarity of focus and collaborative culture from day one. I’m finding it’s contagious the more I talk to the people here about the problem we’re here to solve. Our shared purpose is in the need for organizations to adapt; leaders are pouring investment into AI with enormous expectations, and yet productivity isn't moving the way it should. The culprit isn't the models or the strategy, it's the data underneath it all. Workforce data that is fragmented, incomplete, and ungoverned, built for a world of work that is changing too fast. The deeper truth is that most organizations genuinely don't know their own workforce gaps. Skills transformations, workforce planning initiatives, and job architecture refreshes have been on the agenda for decades precisely because that visibility has been so hard to achieve and the changes are too fast to keep up with. If people leaders haven't been able to crack it, AI certainly won't. Not without governed, deterministic, trusted workforce intelligence as its foundation. That's the problem we’re to solve, and I'm proud to be part of the team making it happen.
