10 years ago David Bowen and I formed Bowen Eldridge Recruitment with one objective: to provide the best experience for our clients and candidates. A simple but powerful aim, built on transparency, trust and integrity. We love getting to know our candidates and being part of such an emotive journey with them. We always make ourselves available if you need us. Not all our relationships result in placements, but we always strive to provide a superior service and positive experience regardless of the outcome. Recruitment is not always straightforward, and we are here to support and advise on the trickier elements that can feel daunting and overwhelming, such as clawback discussions and salary negotiations. There's a lot of talk in recruitment about automation and speed. We'll always believe the best work happens when you genuinely know the people you're working with, and what we do will always come back to what's in the best interest of our clients and candidates.
