Today Gerit Tolborg and Patrick Collopy are on their way to Delft to participate in the NATCOL Association Annual Meeting. Twice a year, the Natural Colour Association brings its members together for in-person discussions, knowledge exchange, and networking across the natural colour industry. These meetings are a valuable opportunity to share perspectives and discuss current developments within food color regulation. Chromologics is proud to take part in these conversations. We look forward to contribute our point of view as a start-up with focus on fermentation derived colors and to connect with fellow members across the industry.
