A year on from my first visit to the Lloyds Technology Centre India, I was back again last week—and what a difference a year makes. I was genuinely taken aback by how far the team has evolved, with a laser focus on service delivery, quality, and continuous improvement - thank you Nisha Nair and team. It was brilliant to spend time getting to know some of my newer teams - Skills Development Dr Poonam Jindal, Ph.D (She/her), Datahub Madhvi Maheshwari, and Talent Acqusition Ritesh Jha and to see first-hand the fantastic products they’re delivering. The icing on the cake? Getting to join Sirisha Voruganti’s town hall where the centre celebrated reaching 5,000 colleagues, making the Top 100 Best Places to Work, and participating in recognising so many incredible H1 achievements at the town hall. A huge congratulations to everyone at the LTC. The momentum, passion, and pride in what you’re building is inspiring. Here’s to what’s next!
