One lesson from the Amalfi Coast from this past week: From a higher vantage point, the winding roads suddenly make sense. Business is often the same way. When we’re in the middle of building a company, every twist and turn can feel like a setback. But when we step back and gain perspective, we often discover those detours were leading us exactly where we needed to go. Sometimes the best leadership decision isn’t working harder—it’s climbing to a higher vantage point.
