We want everyone to understand that we can't be able to achieve any real vibrant economic and formidable Governance stability, without an establishment of Smart Digital World Order. This proposed Smart Digital World Order is about the dissolution of the entire AI Tech Digital Cyber Global Lawlessness, and gather our entire AI Tech Talents at a particular United Nations Digital Global Consultative Conference on the creation of every Country's Smart Digital Electronic Nation Media that can nolonger allow people to establish any different websites out of this great Digital Medua Global system. This will completely enact the dissolution of all those AI Tech Media Firms across the globe ; such as; Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok and all others, and make sure that we have an establishment of Real Digital Smart World Order. We will fully share our formidable Global proposal with you all, no sooner we kick-start our activities worldwide. We are together as one United Nations Global Family.

One thing struck me while reading the proposed themes. Almost every discussion eventually returns to accountability, interoperability and human oversight. That makes me wonder whether the long-term challenge isn’t governing AI itself, but governing institutions whose reasoning is increasingly distributed across humans and machines. The technology may evolve rapidly, but the question institutions must answer remains remarkably stable: who can legitimately act, intervene and take responsibility?
