THE FUTURE ALWAYS LEAVES CLUES. THE QUESTION IS WHETHER WE'RE PAYING ATTENTION. This is not a GAME! I'm 65, my history shows me that the biggest changes rarely happen without warning. The internet. Smartphones. Cloud computing. Ransomware. Now AI. Each left clues long before they transformed business. Most people dismissed them as interesting developments. Others recognized the patterns and acted. I've learned that accurately anticipating the future isn't about having a crystal ball. It's about paying attention to the clues. It's asking: *What is changing? *Why is it changing? *Who benefits? *What happens if this trend continues for five years? *What happens if we do nothing? Finally, and as my friend and mentor John Snyder loves to asks, "what did you learn and what are you going to do about it?" The organizations that consistently outperform their competitors aren't necessarily smarter. They simply recognize important patterns sooner and act with discipline. That's why I believe AI governance, cybersecurity, and data protection have become business issues—not just technology issues. The companies building the right foundations today won't just reduce risk. They'll move faster, make better decisions, earn greater trust, and create an advantage that's difficult to copy. The future always leaves clues. The question is whether we're paying attention. What clues are you seeing today that others may be overlooking? DM me if you want to talk about what else I see. #Leadership #ArtificialIntelligence #CyberSecurity #BusinessStrategy #Innovation #RiskManagement #Governance #DigitalTransformation #Memphis #CEO #CFO

Risk-Ready Transformation It’s a phrase I’ve been thinking about a lot lately. Everyone is talking about AI, automation, cloud, digital acceleration, and innovation. Those conversations are important, but I believe they’re incomplete. Transformation isn’t measured by how quickly technology is deployed. It’s measured by how confidently an organization can continue to innovate when markets change, regulations evolve, cyber threats emerge, or unexpected events test the business. That’s what I call Risk-Ready Transformation. It isn’t about avoiding risk. Every meaningful business decision involves risk. It’s about understanding it. It’s about making decisions with confidence. It’s about ensuring that cybersecurity, governance, resilience, engineering, and business strategy move together, not in separate conversations. After more than three decades in cybersecurity and business leadership, I’ve come to believe that cybersecurity isn’t the destination. Managing business risk is. Technology will continue to evolve. Threats will continue to evolve. The organizations that will lead tomorrow are those that build transformation on a foundation of business resilience, informed decision-making, and intelligent risk management. Every technology decision is ultimately a business risk decision. What do you think? #cybersecurity #businessrisk #AI #riskmanagement

Successful transformation starts with understanding the business, not the technology. With so much focus on AI, automation and digital transformation, it's easy to jump straight to the latest tools. But technology alone doesn't solve business challenges. Every organisation has different goals, priorities and ways of working. That's why the first step should always be understanding where a business is today, where it wants to go, and what obstacles are standing in the way. Whether the conversation is about AI, Microsoft Copilot, cyber security, cloud or automation, technology should always support a clear business objective and deliver measurable outcomes. At Valorem First, we work alongside organisations to identify opportunities, simplify complexity and implement solutions that create long-term value, not just short-term fixes. Transformation isn't a one-off project; it's an ongoing journey of improvement, innovation and growth. If your organisation is exploring how technology can support its next stage of growth, we'd love to start the conversation. #DigitalTransformation #ArtificialIntelligence #MicrosoftCopilot #CyberSecurity #Microsoft365 #BusinessGrowth #Innovation #Technology

Cybersecurity in 2026: The Biggest Risk Isn't Technolog. It's Governance. As organizations rapidly adopt AI, cloud services, and digital transformation initiatives, many are investing heavily in new technologies while overlooking a critical question: Do we have the right governance to protect innovation? The latest cyber incidents show a recurring pattern: ✅ Technology is advancing faster than policies. ✅ AI is creating new attack surfaces. ✅ Compliance requirements are becoming more complex. ✅ Organizations struggle to balance security with business agility.

Stop treating cybersecurity as a firewall budget. It's your business throttle. 🎯 You're running the numbers. AI adoption accelerates. Cloud footprint explodes. Threat surface multiplies. Your CISO wants more tools. Your CFO asks why. Your board wants assurance. Everyone's talking past each other. Here's what works: Outcome-driven metrics shift the entire conversation. Not "breach incidents reduced" — measure what actually matters: revenue velocity protected, time-to-market uncompromised, cloud investments securely scaled. This isn't compliance theatre. It's a defensible standard of care that boards understand and fund properly. 🛡️ The tension is real: protect and enable growth. But once you translate security into enterprise value — risk avoided, competitive advantage sustained, board confidence earned — the investment conversation flips from cost center to strategic lever. 💼 Your stakeholders need alignment before you write the check. 👌 Growth Infra Consulting helps enterprise leaders architect this exactly. CIOs, CISOs, CFOs working together to scale security with AI adoption. If your team wrestles with budget-vs-impact, let's talk through your curve. 📩 contact@growthinfra.org 🌐 growthinfra.org #Cybersecurity #CISO #CIO #CFO #AIRisk #RiskManagement #DigitalTransformation #CyberResilience #StrategyAlignment #DatacenterSecurity #BoardGovernance #SecurityStrategy #GrowthInfraConsulting

Are your customers truly ready for AI or building on data they can’t fully trust or protect? AI adoption is accelerating across every organization, but most customers are still relying on data that isn’t fully protected, governed, or always recoverable; and that’s where AI initiatives start to break down. The shift is clear: AI depends on trusted data; Data risk is increasing; and protection needs to go beyond backup. The partners who lead here can: • Anchor conversations around AI-ready data protection • Expand into cyber resilience, governance, and cloud transformation • And unlock high-value, AI-led infrastructure and data opportunities Swipe through the carousel to uncover hidden data risks, and how you can position yourself at the center of AI and cyber resilience conversations with Commvault. #TechnoBind #Commvault #AI #DataProtection #CyberResilience #DataGovernance #Cloud #BackupModernization #ChannelPartners #PartnerOpportunity

What have 40+ client engagements over the last 2.5 years taught us? "The agencies that get the most value from technology aren't the ones with the newest tools. They're the ones getting the most out of what they already have." - Phil Toole That's the exact premise SolsticeIT was built on. Getting ahead doesn't mean doing more, it means getting more from what's already there: the investments already made, the platforms already licensed, the controls already implemented but not fully sustained, and the workforce with the right skills to run them. The next 12 months will put that to the test - the Whole-of-Government Cloud Policy is live, Horizon 2 of the Cyber Security Strategy is underway and the APS AI Plan is moving from guidance to expectation. Agencies that treat these as obligations to manage will find themselves perpetually catching up, while the ones that treat them as a forcing function will pull ahead. From our team's reflections on the last 12 months, we've captured a range of insights about how to do this well in government. If you're interested in what we've learned, reach out to our team - we'd love to share 🌞

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐃𝐋𝐏 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥 Data leaks are rarely just “IT incidents”. They affect revenue, reputation, compliance, customer trust, and sometimes even the internal stability of a business. That is why I believe the 𝐃𝐋𝐏 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐜 “𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐭” 𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜. Companies now need solutions that help them understand: 🔹What sensitive data they have 🔹Where it is stored 🔹Who can access it 🔹How it moves across endpoints, cloud services, messengers, email, and removable devices 🔹And whether employee behavior creates real business risk 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭-𝐆𝐞𝐧 𝐃𝐋𝐏 is designed exactly for this wider approach. It combines data classification, leak prevention, watermarking, AI-driven technologies, cloud control, and flexible deployment in one platform. This means organizations can not only prevent data loss, but also improve visibility, support compliance, and investigate insider-related incidents more effectively. For business leaders, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞: fewer blind spots, faster response, and stronger control over the information that really matters. Most CEOs ask, "How fast can we scale?" Very few ask, "Can we scale securely? Growth creates opportunities. Growth also creates risk. Every new employee, cloud service, AI tool, API integration, and automation workflow introduces new secrets into your organization. The challenge is that security risks rarely appear during planning meetings. They appear when a credential is exposed, an account is compromised, or a critical system becomes inaccessible. The companies that lead tomorrow are not just building faster. They are building with control, visibility, and security from day one. A strong security foundation is not about slowing innovation. It's about enabling innovation with confidence. The future belongs to organizations that can move fast without losing control of what matters most. What security decision is your company making today that will still protect it three years from now? #CEO #Founder #CTO #BusinessStrategy #CyberSecurity #DigitalTransformation #CloudSecurity #AI #Leadership #Ranbval
