I was proud to hit my 10th blood donation on Friday! 💪 Encouraged to do the first one by David Boyland back in 2022. They're always in need of more donors. Interestingly there are now more donors aged 45-70 than under 45. So maybe this post will inspire some of the millennial / gen z generation to sign up! Thanks for sharing, Ed - as somebody who lost their Father to blood cancer, I know how important donors like yourself are. When a patient receives blood, aside from keeping them alive, you can see first-hand how it makes them feel upbeat, with more energy to attack the day. Appreciate you!
