HR is not meant to stand against employees or blindly for the company. Real HR works in between. Supporting employees doesn’t mean harming the business. And protecting the business should never mean sacrificing people to save positions, cut costs, or polish performance metrics. When HR forgets fairness, stability collapses. When employees are treated as disposable, trust disappears. Strong HR creates balance and balance is what keeps organizations standing.This pairs well with the visual you generated.
