Built with Purpose – Episode 3
Four years ago, the first piece of steel was cut. This July, EXPLORA III will begin her journey at sea.
As we look back on the making of our newest ship, New Building Project Director Marco Sasso shares the milestones, challenges and innovations that shaped her along the way.
From solving complex engineering challenges to creating the first padel court at sea, every obstacle became an opportunity to push boundaries.

Dance we will even another penthouse on deck Seven. Hello, M. It's also in the new building Project director for Explorer Journeys. I work with Explorer Journey from 4 year. We've got to the first piece of steel, then we'll start the production of that particular ship. Float out also is an important milestone because he is the first time that the ship will touch the water. Today will allow the water to come in. In the dock, the water will touch the ship and then finally can float out. The most important milestone is the delivery of the vessel. When we are designing a new feature of a vessel like the funnel, we are able to choose from a different option created through 3D rendering. Engineering pushed the boundaries in the ultra luxury ship building by turning ambitious vision into reality. Exploratory will leave the first paddle call Tom board the vessel. We had the technical constraints. By raising and reinforcing a part of a deck, we will have the first part of court on board. It's not just about solving problems, it's about redefining what is possible at sea.
Thank you, Explora Journeys for this amazing opportunity and for featuring me in this interview. 😄
