Last night I attended my first London Tech Pickleball event. 18 founders, all there to try something different. There's something about being active with people that breaks the ice in a way a networking event never quite does. It takes the pressure off and the conversation just flows. This is exactly what we build around at Fit Workforce Solutions. Movement changes how people feel, how they communicate and how they connect. Last night was proof of that beyond the workplace too.
