Huge congratulations to Alex Christian, Stephen Lindsay, Sam Bide and Mark Tunstall. 🟨 Sale of the Year 2026: West London – a property in Bayswater guided at £60m, handled by Joint Head of The Private Office, Alex Christian, along with Farrar & Co 🟨 Sale of the Year 2026: North London – a property in St John’s Wood guided at £40m, handled by head of St John’s Wood, Stephen Lindsay 🟨 Sale of the Year 2026: South London – a property in Barnes guided at £11m, handled by head of Barnes, Samuel Bide 🟨 Let of the Year 2026: Central London – a property in Knightbridge let for £32,000 per week, handled by Mark Tunstall, whose super prime property letting and management business was acquired by Savills earlier this year.
