In #healthcarefinance, a lot is asked of you — to lead, solve, adapt and keep moving forward through change, pressure and complexity. But with HFMA, you don’t have to do it alone.
Through #HFMA membership and chapter involvement, healthcare finance professionals find more than knowledge and access. They find people who help them grow, challenge them, support them and remind them they belong.
This is more than membership. It’s perspective, confidence, connection and a professional community that stays with you.

In healthcare finance, a lot is asked of you. To lead, to solve, to keep moving forward through change, pressure, and complexity. And along the way, what matters most is knowing you. don't have to do it alone. Without HFMA and the chapter involvement, I really don't know where I'd be in my life. Because sometimes the most important thing a professional community gives you is people. I have made so many wonderful friendships and both professionally and personally grown in so many ways through this. People who help you grow, people who challenge you, people who remind you that you belong here. I have the ability now to pick up the phone and call fellow CFOs, and it makes me be more effective as a CFO. That's what HFMA adds, not just knowledge, not just access, but perspective, support, confidence, and a network that stays with you long after the event is over. HFMA really is a, a safe place for people to try new activities, new experiences that they wouldn't get to do in their normal job. A place to step forward, a place to learn, a place to find your voice. Become a mentor, um, be menteed, uh, any of those type of things, but get involved. Join a chapter, show up, volunteer to do something, and you will never go wrong, and you'll have the most amazing network of peers. This is more than membership. It's a community that stays with you. HFMA+You, membership that adds up.
Panels like this are where the real value of HFMA shows up. Less about the credential, more about the people who show up consistently to make the community actually work.
