This week at the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Summit, AWS announced new capabilities in Amazon Quick, including autonomous agents, a unified activity feed, and a major connector expansion. HG Insights is one of 16 new integrations now available in Quick, which means our intelligence is live inside an AI assistant that works on your behalf across every tool your team already uses. The vision AWS is building toward, bringing the right data to the right moment without switching apps or filing tickets, is exactly what we've been building toward too.
