After an incredible 5-year journey at Form Energy, I recently made the decision to step down from my role. I am fortunate to have worked alongside Charlotte Beard and Kristen Ilgenstein to grow our finance & accounting team from 2 to 30+ exceptionally talented colleagues. Over this time, we stood-up a battery factory in West Virginia, raised over $1.5B in funding, got a world-changing battery technology to market, and built the finance engine to enable the next phase of scale-up. It’s an exciting time for Form, and I can't wait to see what comes next. I am deeply grateful to Charlotte for her generous mentorship, Mateo Jaramillo for the opportunity, and the Form executive team and investors for being wonderful partners. Most of all, thank you to my dedicated and talented team. I have learned so much from each of one of you. We accomplished a lot together. As for what's next - I'm taking a few months to recharge and reconnect with friends & colleagues before jumping back in. I leave Form feeling emboldened, and am more optimistic than ever about the future of energy.
