Today we are launching Account Research Agents in Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Codex, Perplexity, and throughout any surface area you plug ZoomInfo's MCP in. You can now prep for any meeting, with all of your context - across your entire set of meetings - not just one meeting at a time. Key Use Case: - Here are the customers I'm meeting today - go across all the calls, emails, and engagements we've had with them, add in all key ZoomInfo data like Scoops, Intent, Executive Moves, and prep me for my meetings. I demo it below in Claude - it's already available anywhere you have ZoomInfo plugged in.

Henry Schuck Congrats Henry. This is a big move. What I like about this is that it brings account context into the rep’s actual flow of work instead of making prep another separate task they have to remember to do well. That matters because good selling breaks down fast when context is scattered. A rep can walk into the day knowing who they’re meeting, what changed in the account, what prior engagement looked like, and where intent may be showing up. Then the real skill becomes using that context well once the buyer is live in the conversation. The better the prep, the more present the rep can be when the buyer reacts, hesitates, pushes back, or takes the conversation somewhere unexpected. That’s where I think tools like this can really raise the standard for how reps show up.

Prepping one meeting at a time was always the real bottleneck. Running context across a full day of accounts simultaneously, that's what actually changes rep behavior, not just how fast they move.

Shipping into Claude, Codex and Perplexity instead of building a walled garden is the smart move, ZoomInfo's real asset is the data not the UI. How much of your roadmap now assumes reps live inside the LLM chat window instead of your own app?

Henry Schuck This is a strong example of AI moving from simple automation to real decision support. Turning scattered customer signals into actionable meeting intelligence can completely change how teams prepare and engage. Curious, how do you see AI agents evolving the role of sales teams over the next few years? 👏

Context is king, but action is queen. It’s not just about gathering data; it’s about using it effectively. Most people drown in details instead of focusing on key insights that drive conversation. Prep should be about identifying three actionable points per client, not just accumulating info. That’s where real engagement happens.

Hey Henry, congrats! How about we let our account research agents go toe to toe? Lets see which one does a better job? Should be fun. And good for users. Game? :D
