I’m very proud to share that Deloitte UK has been recognised by this year’s FTSE Women Leaders Review as one of the companies with the highest representation for women on Boards in 2025. For organisations across the UK, the review shows progress in increasing women’s representation over the last five years and building the pipeline of future female leaders. While this is brilliant to read, we of course know that the work continues – both for UK business and for our firm – and driving gender equality remains a key priority for us at Deloitte. #FTSEWomen #GenderEquality

I’m in the right place, then!!
Brilliant work Jackie Henry MBE and team at Deloitte 👏👏👏
This is fantastic — and a real credit to the work Deloitte is doing in this space. Representation at board level matters hugely, and it’s encouraging to see organisations taking this seriously. The real opportunity now is how that progress is sustained — ensuring the environment continues to support women to thrive and stay at that level long-term. Representation opens the door — culture is what makes it last.
This is wonderful progress and well worth celebrating Jackie Henry MBE. At the same time, you’re right — momentum matters. Representation on boards today shapes the pipeline for tomorrow, and sustained focus is what turns progress into permanence. Leadership like this sets the tone for the whole system.
