Calling all B2B marketers and stakeholders: What is the biggest threat or opportunity you are preparing to address for 2026? Rewind to about four years ago, I was having a conversation with an executive when a team member said something that didn’t go over that well: “Customer experience won’t always be the most important issue in B2B.” At the time, it felt almost heretical — CX was the megatrend of the moment, especially in the post-pandemic rush to digital transformation. Fast forward a few years, and generative AI has completely reshaped the conversation. CX is still critical, but it’s no longer the only game in town. I’m not saying another shift of that magnitude is guaranteed next year ... but there is always something on the horizon waiting to disrupt our plans, isn't there? 👉 So here’s my question: What’s the biggest B2B marketing threat, trend, or opportunity you are preparing for in 2026?
