Does the world know this? Because it's pretty amazing what we do purely and simply. Why are we doing this blog? To prove what we believe in is pretty simple. That's it. We've always been so good at showing our work, but really this is about actually showcasing how we bring it to life. It's all, it's all that's great. We got all the wall. You've got to kind of prove that what you profess is what you live every day. There's amazing, brilliant people here. We've spent way too long just kind of internalizing everything. They've proved their clients everyday and then people that they work with that they feel warm. That's the driving force for us. It gets stranger what you did. You're living, what would it be? I wanna set people free to be their best grade possible self. How would it take for you to figure that out? To me it was wildly apparent that you're only as good as the people around you. Very, very soon in my career, Well in like last 10 years, definitely more apparent that youth, energy, vigour, curiosity and the things that wind. When I step into the jungle. It's just a pure passion for any game we play. As the agency's grown, we've we've become a sports entertainment agency. Every single piece of sports content or branded content that we do has to feel that entertainment value. The idea for starting the agency is because we were uninspired by the other agencies that we have high standards coming from Formula One world where it's a marginal gains by improvement all the time about getting that extra 1% all the time. Took that mentality into here and try and steal it into the work. Sports background they are very competitive it's like any sports team you have to operate a high standards to win your games. We are super connected. We like to win you know the best teams, the best organizations in the world are set up well. They're a good culture high standard everything they do but to approve in every aspect always see yourself as you never the finished product. You always improve, always get better. I think that's a good mentality to have and carry through in the work you do all right short sweet episode.
