One of the things I have come to appreciate most is being part of a team at Lilly that truly values rest, balance, and time away from work. In the legal industry, where long hours and constant availability can often feel like the norm, having a team that respects time off and encourages stepping away to recharge is something I do not take for granted. Because of that support, I was able to get married and enjoy a two-week honeymoon adventure with my husband. We explored Paris, Lucerne, Venice, Florence, and Rome — creating memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. I am incredibly grateful to work alongside a team that understands the importance of life outside of work and supports each other in celebrating the moments that matter most. This summer has been filled with unforgettable milestones, and I’m looking forward to returning to work on Monday with a grateful heart — and a new last name: Paramore.
