A few weeks ago, I shared that I was stepping into a new opportunity. What I didn't share is that we are packing up and moving south to Atlanta 👀 We will miss Bills games and tailgates, the neighbors who welcomed us with open arms and of course the best wings in all the land. I will not miss the taxes, or unearthing my car from ice and snow at the airport after a late arrivals. In a few short weeks, I'll be joining BankSouth Mortgage as SVP, Marketing and Digital Strategy. I'm beyond thrilled to help Kim Nelson and her amazing team there grow to new levels and continue all they are doing to build something truly amazing. In a few short days, I'll be watching movers load all of our things on a truck again and hoping either the art or the science of their stacking skills keeps all of my breakables in one piece. Send good moving vibes. And recommendations for Atlanta!
First - congrats! Second, be warned on ATL weather! Random ice storms happen and not one single person in all of GA knows what to do when it does. Lastly, and most importantly, as much as you may be inclined to embrace all your new “hometown” has to offer - the Falcons must never, ever have a word of support uttered! 😂
