Proud to lead the COUNTRY Financial® DigitaLab! University of Illinois Research Park
For eight years, COUNTRY has partnered with the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign to power the DigitaLab internship program—a hands-on, tech-forward experience that turns students into problem-solvers and, often, employees. Each semester, students work on real business challenges using AI, automation, and cloud technology. Since 2019, 30 interns have joined COUNTRY in full-time roles—proof of our long-term investment in people and potential.
