After 6 rewarding years in customer success, it’s time for my next chapter. When I first entered the field, the SaaS landscape looked a lot different—and so did I. I’ve had the privilege of helping customers scale, weathered a global pandemic, navigated industry shifts, and worked alongside some of the most talented people in tech. I’m incredibly grateful for the relationships I’ve built and the milestones I’ve achieved. Next up: I’m thrilled to join Norte Dame Academy as the Executive Director of Advancement. This move marks an exciting full-circle moment for me as I return to the non-profit sector, where my career first began. I can't wait to combine my passion for mission-driven work with everything I've learned about scaling fundraising efforts in tech.
