Some weeks just feel full—in the best and most exhausting way. We wrapped our Q1 town hall and went right into finalizing plans for next week's associate event to celebrate one of the most storied weeks in golf. There’s a lot that goes into moments like these behind the scenes… timelines, details, last-minute pivots (always), and a whole lot of collaboration. But what I keep coming back to is why it matters. Creating opportunities for associates to connect—really connect—to our brands, our mission, and the industry we’re part of isn’t just “nice to have.” It’s how culture comes to life. It’s how people see themselves in the bigger picture. And honestly, it’s where the magic happens & what I love the most about my job. I’m constantly reminded that engagement isn’t built in big, flashy moments alone. It’s built in the intentional ones—the stories we tell, the experiences we create, and the way we make it all feel relevant to the people behind the work.
