We think memorable marketing comes from million-dollar campaigns. We often celebrate those big moments.
These could be a big product launch, a new feature announcement, a redesigned website, or a major feature release.
But every time we think about it, is it really those moments people remember, or do they remember what happened the tenth time they used the product?
It is when that page loaded instantly. The feature they found without searching. The settings that just made sense. The message that answered their question before they even asked it. And many more…
As #marketers, we break our heads figuring out launch plans, spending months. But customers spend months living with the product and the moments of product usage that keep them engaged and coming back.
Maybe that's where brands are really built. Not in the announcement or launches. But in the everyday experience.
That's when it hit me.
In 2026, we spend so much time perfecting launch plans, feature announcements, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
But it is the moments that shape how people feel about a brand that often happen after the launch.
Within the product. Within the experience. Within the details.
So, the realization now is that brands won't be remembered because of their biggest campaign. They'll be remembered because of the smallest interaction.
As marketers, are we spending enough time on those moments? Think and respond!
