It is with mixed emotions that I share that I am moving on to my next chapter and leaving my role at Ceribell. Transitions are always filled with mixed emotions, but more than anything, I am filled with gratitude. Grateful for the opportunity I was given to contribute to Ceribell's life-saving mission and grateful for the brilliant TA team I had the privilege to lead. When I joined, I knew we had a big mission ahead of us, but I couldn’t have predicted how much I would learn and grow along the way! 🧠 ❤️ I am incredibly proud of what the TA team accomplished during my tenure. Together, we: -Orchestrated 200+ Hires across the Company! 🚀 -Successfully implemented LinkedIn MYON (mine your own network) approach to identifying talent, resulting in hires! 💪 -Initiated our first Nurture Program, with high quality prospects identified, established touch-points of engagement, positioning Ceribell as Employer of Choice! 🌱 🤩 -Rebuilt our TA operational infrastructure from baseline, improving our time to fill for our most critical roles by 25%, while maintaining a 95%+ offer acceptance rate! ⚒️ -Increased our Recruiter Source of Hires by 20%! 🔥 -Executed the Company's first University Recruiting Program Pilot, from ground zero, exceeded intern hiring goals within 1 quarter! 👩🎓 👨🎓 -Implemented Quality of Hire measurement framework; partnering cross-functionally to define metrics, integrate data, and link performance outcomes to hiring quality! 🌟 We built a foundation of Talent Acquisition Excellence and the impact of the hires we made together will be felt for years to come! 🥇 🏆 ✨ 💙 To my colleagues and my dearest TA Team: thank you for your partnership, your hard work, and for making this journey so gratifying and special.
