I believe this is one of Mary's most exciting announcements. In recent years. We've entered A strategic agreement with Starwood Digital Ventures to convert and expand select Mara sites into next generation digital infrastructure for enterprise, hyperscale and AI customers. Mara brings power rich operating sites and energy execution. Starwood leads design, development, tenant sourcing, construction and facilities operations. Together we jointly develop, finance and operate these projects when it came to Morrows AI infrastructure. Chapter the choice was clear, build alone or partner with the right developer. We chose to partner because we believe this joint structure is more capital efficient, lowers execution risk and is the best path for value creation in the current environment that puts a premium on operating assets, credible execution and strong balance sheets. We believe Starwood's proven development track record and tenant sourcing engine help de risk both execution and customer engagement. So we can enter hyperscale and leading HPC conversations right out of the gate. And I want to be clear. Front, we've taken a deliberate approach and waited for the right partner at the right point in the cycle to begin. Mary's next chapter. The near term pathway is about one GW of IT capacity with the path to more than 2 1/2 gigawatts over the long term. This is a true partnership. Mara and Starwood each contribute capital and Mara will loan up to 50% of the project equity. The wheels are already in motion. We are already in active discussions with hyperscalers and leading HPC tenants reflecting meaningful early interest in operating capacity across our sites, these campuses. Will be designed for multiple premium workloads across enterprise and hyperscale or demand with the flexibility to shift between AI, HPC and Bitcoin mining to maximize value to stakeholders. And I want to be clear, Bitcoin mining remains a strategic cornerstone for Mara and is the foundation of this strategy. We expect to keep mining at these sites until the power is needed for HPC. And if we can't keep mining at the site, we get paid to move our equipment somewhere else. We've proved that Bitcoin mining is the best powered land aggregation mechanism and now we're establishing a dedicated. Asked for securing the highest value alternative for those electrons. That's tomorrow. Starwood Thesis After covering Starwood, I wanna turn to another major milestone in Mary's next chapter, Excision. The market need is clear. This is exactly what Xion was built to deliver. Excision is a French based developer and operator of high performance computing data centers and secure cloud infrastructure. It operates 4 data centers across France and Canada, banning tier one through Tier 4 environments. This transaction is now closed. Mara owns 64% of Excision EDF, one of the largest. Energy Companies in the World remains A minority shareholder and a client. NJ, the investment firm founded by French technology entrepreneur Xavier and Yell, also invested in Mara France, our regional subsidiary and holding company. From an operating standpoint, it's Iron Alliance perfectly with our vision to build the infrastructure foundation for the world's growing computational needs. Mara contributes our energy and infrastructure and operating discipline. It's ION contributes and established European footprint, secure cloud capabilities and local customer relationships. We chose this path deliberately. We didn't want to build something from the ground up. We acquired in our scaling and operating platform with proven execution and customers that improves speed to market and lowers market entry risk. With our recent announcements of both Starwood and Excision, you're seeing Mary's evolution in real time from a Pureplay miner into an energy and digital infrastructure company. We're building a platform that can convert energy into multiple high value compute outcomes with discipline, flexibility and long term shareholder value as the priority.
