I had the pleasure of speaking to a group of Denver real estate agents this afternoon and got this piece of content from my wonderful neighbor and agent, Michelle Wolfe! 🏠 🥰 Thanks friend! Biggest whoa moment of information about our market... in the moth of June, 2/3rds of homes sold offered a concession, 1/3 of homes had a price reduction, and 1/4th of homes had both. 🤯 Did you know that Homebot offers a private home search where buyers can search for properties that are offering a concession? Concessions give both sides leverage. Buyers negotiate real dollars back. Sellers close the deal without cutting their price. That's a win for everyone!

The Homebot search filter is exactly the kind of tool that puts this data directly in the buyer's hands where it belongs. Concessions give both sides real leverage. Buyers get cash back to buy the rate down or cover closing. Sellers protect the list price for the neighborhood. Everybody wins if the LO, agent, and buyer are actually running the play.
