Heron Power is hiring our first dedicated People Operations Lead. This is a build-from-scratch role: you'll own HR operations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations as we scale from R&D into manufacturing. It's a hands-on, high-impact opportunity to shape the systems, policies, and culture that will define Heron Power for years to come. We're looking for someone with 5+ years of progressive HR experience, hands-on payroll expertise (including hourly/non-exempt), and strong judgment handling sensitive matters.
